| February 26, 2007 Volunteers Needed in Puget Sound Area |
| Looking for something to do? Volunteers are needed. Here is a wonderful opportunity for you to make a difference. When the rivers flooded many people ended up with trees, mud and other debris in their yards and homes. During the windstorm roofs, fences, and other property were damaged. Many of these individuals lack the physical ability to return their homes to livable condition. Many families need help removing carpet and damaged sheetrock. Others need assistance cleaning up yards that have trees, limbs and other debris in them. Most of these individuals are elderly low income people that are not able to do the work themselves and can not afford to hire someone to do it. There is also a wildlife sanctuary on Vashon Island that is in desperate need of people to come out and cleanup the grounds. For more information and contacts, click here.

| December 27, 2006 GPNW website affected by Taiwan Earthquake |
| Series of earthquakes in Taiwan on Tuesday caused damage to a sub-marine cable, which affected ALL major upstream providers in Asia. As a result, overseas connection to the Hong Kong based datacenter at iAdvantage has become either unavailable, or very slow and unreliable.
A crew has been deployed to the site by the entity responsible for the cable management. There is no ETA at this point on the completion of these works.
In the meantime, the network engineers at iAdvantage are making efforts to restore some connectivity through alternative channels.
